Knowing what treatment will cost should not be the hard part. Before you decide anything, we will check what your plan covers, put an estimate in writing, and explain the ways you can pay.

Showing an organization here means we work with it, not that any particular plan, treatment or amount is covered. What a plan pays depends on your own benefits, exclusions, deductible and annual maximum, and the final decision rests with your insurer. We will check your details and tell you what we find before you commit to anything.
Checking your coverage
Bring your insurance card to your first visit, and our team will contact your plan on your behalf. We will tell you in writing, before you commit to anything, what your plan indicates it will pay toward the treatment being discussed and what is likely to be left for you. Benefits differ from plan to plan and can change, so we confirm yours rather than assume it.

Before you decide, you receive a written estimate of what your insurance is expected to cover and what you may need to pay.
We file the claim for you after treatment and follow it up if the insurer needs more information.
- Bring a photo ID with your insurance card. It is the quickest way for us to verify your details.
- Most dental plans reset their annual maximum at a fixed point in the year. Treatment planned across that date is sometimes easier to afford.
- If your employer has changed plans recently, tell us. Benefits often change with it.
Common questions
Do you take my insurance?
Tell us which insurance company your plan is with and we will check it for you. Working with a company does not mean we are in-network with every plan it offers, so we look up your specific plan before we give you an answer.
Will you tell me the cost before treatment?
Yes. After your examination, once a treatment plan is clear, you get a written estimate before you decide on treatment, and we go through it with you.
What if I have no insurance?
You are welcome with or without insurance. We explain the cost before treatment and can help you explore monthly payment options through Cherry, subject to approval.
