Our commitment
Marble Arch Dentistry aims to make its website usable by people with a range of abilities and assistive technologies. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a design and development target.
Current status
Accessibility evaluation is in progress, and we have not established full conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA. So far the website has been checked in Google Chrome on a computer and in Chrome's phone simulation, for keyboard access, visible focus, text enlarged to 200%, reduced motion and the right-to-left Persian pages. It has not yet been tested with screen readers, in Safari or Firefox, or on physical phones and tablets.
Help and feedback
If you have difficulty using a page or completing a task, please call +1 (310) 299-7333 or email info@marblearchdentistry.com. Tell us the page or feature involved and the assistance you need. If helpful, include the browser or assistive technology you use. You do not need to send medical records or other sensitive information to report an accessibility issue.
We will review your feedback and work with you on an alternative way to obtain the information or contact the practice. The reception team receives feedback and routes it to the responsible person at the practice.
External features
Some features, including the embedded map and any external appointment service, are supplied by other organizations and may behave differently from the main website. The practice address is also available as text: 436 N Roxbury Dr, Suite 203, Beverly Hills, CA 90210, United States. Please call if you need help with directions or arranging an appointment.
Known limitations
Some content moves on its own: the photograph galleries on the homepage, the row of insurance logos and the moving reviews on the Reviews page. The galleries and the logo row stop while a pointer rests on them or while they have keyboard focus, but they have no separate pause button. You can change a gallery's photograph with its arrows, dots or the arrow keys, and scroll the logos by hand. The moving reviews stop in the same way, and their pause control appears when you reach it with the keyboard. Nothing moves if your device is set to reduce motion.
The online booking form on our appointment and contact pages is provided by PatientXpress. It is available in English only, and we have not evaluated its accessibility. The embedded map is provided by Google.
If any of these makes a task difficult, call us at +1 (310) 299-7333 and we will arrange your appointment or give you the information directly.
